Join directly by subscribing: Become a pro member. Pro membership grants access to the R25k/month off-plan allocation, guest payment splitting, and exclusive reservations across the Matjiesrivier homes.
02How does the R25k monthly payment structure work?
Purchasers contribute 25k each month off-plan over a 60-month (5-year) horizon with 0% interest. This provides an approachable, predictable entry into a private Klein Karoo property without burdensome bank mortgage fees. Homes are allocated by preference on a first-come basis — priority goes to the first person to complete payment. After your initial booking payment, EFT is also available for the remaining instalments.
03What does “share payment with guests” mean?
When you book a stay at your home through the simpleplek membership calendar, you can invite co-guests and split the contribution directly on the platform — an effortless way to share the experience and co-fund stays with friends, family, or travel companions.
04What are the specifications of The Gable and The Veld?
The Gable and The Veld are two-storey gabled homes in face brick and cedar cladding, with double-volume glazing, covered carports and indigenous gardens set into the Matjiesrivier veld. Full floor plans are available on request.
05How are payments secured?
All acquisition deposits and installment funds are held securely with an appointed conveyancer trust account in terms of property law until sectional title milestones are achieved, ensuring maximum legal and financial protection. Priority on your preferred home goes to the first person to complete payment, and once the initial booking payment is made, further payments can also be made by EFT.
